Scout & Tag is one of those downtown Lakeland gems where you walk in “just to browse” and suddenly you’re mentally redecorating your entire house. It’s cozy, stylish, and full of that perfectly curated mix of modern farmhouse, boho touches, cool local goods, and things you absolutely don’t need but definitely want. The whole place feels like Pinterest came to life — candles that smell like a better version of your life, unique home décor, adorable gifts, and furniture pieces that make you go, “Okay…but where can I put this?” The staff is warm without hovering, and the shop layout makes it easy to wander, discover, and pretend you're a lifestyle influencer for a few minutes. Whether you're shopping for your home, hunting for a cute Lakeland gift, or just feeding your aesthetic soul, Scout & Tag never misses. It’s the kind of store that turns a quick stop into a full-on vibe.

My first time visiting and a really nice gift shop that has something for everyone. Also If you or someone likes stuff about Lakeland they have gifts reflecting the city, culture, etc. Definitely check the place out.

A shopping trip in downtown Lakeland is not complete without a stop at Scout & Tag! You know those stores/ boutiques that are so fun and charismatic that it’s super fun to even just walk through, look at everything and not even spend money? This is that place. You can find many a great treasure here. There’s several rooms, in the back so it’s much bigger than it looks from the outside- make sure you don’t miss anything! There’s candles and beeswax, plants and pots and garden decor. You can get adorable Lakeland themed pillows, kitchenware and other odds and ends as well as really artsy posters. In the back hallway there is art from local artists depicting different landmarks in Lakeland and Polk county- in case you wanted to grab a little piece of home or show it to someone else! The other side boasts wonderful smelling soaps, cleaning supplies and hand washes. You can get Lakeland tee shirts and sweatshirts, unique kids games and temporary tattoos and puzzles and some other fun and random things. There’s more home decor to be found as well as jewelry and stickers. You can truly find a well rounded set of staples at Scout & Tag- maybe the only thing missing is a good bathroom. And in case you didn’t get this from the descriptions- if you want to find some really adorable Lakeland themed gear and gifts, this is #1 on the list to find some nice stuff! It’s even more perfect if you stop at the downtown Farmers Market Saturday morning then pop into S&T right along the same road when you’re needing some ac (Florida probs). And peep the adorable succulents hanging out right outside. :)

Mahar was so sweet and really went above and beyond to make her customers feel special and cared for. Great product recommendations too. I love the ambience and the natural skin care products. The store is so beautiful and they truly care about their customers. It feels so welcoming like coming home going into the shop. I love the 🇹🇷Turkish towls, omg soo soft and perfect for baths or for the beach or even for babies. ❤ They have soo many products and all natural skin care as well as soaps and kitchen products. Nice gem in Lakeland definitely recommend shopping here. I love the support for Local Community Businesses and the Lakeland and Central Florida touist stuff like bags, pictures, napkins and photos you can buy here.

I have visited this wonderful store several times since the Fall of 2021, most recently on 01/25/2022! The store has a vast variety of Home Decor, Cooking Merchandise, Collectibles, Photos, Health and Beauty products and much more. Karimar is a prime example of the Perfect Associate/Employee, she is always very friendly, helpful, explains the details and availability of the products. A nice place to visit and shop while in Downtown Lakeland, Florida.

What I like most about the store is it's layout! It's somewhat reminds me of a store from Harry Potter where every corner you turn there's another whole room full of items. It's somewhat unique in that respect. We bought several interesting things here for sure. Five stars for its layout and ambiance.

Oh my- best designed store I’ve been in! Went to SLO in CA, high end shops in Dallas Ft Worth and I would never guess Lakeland Florida would have this kind of talent. Whoever owns this store knows art and has taste! I appreciated everything aesthetically about this store!
